Mechanism and Guidance Strategies of Human Artificial Intelligence Collaboration in Smart Libraries from the Perspective of Interactive Memory

Zhou Yu

[Purpose/significance] Starting from the unique perspective of interactive memory, this study aims to reveal that humans and artificial intelligent systems form a whole of knowledge storage, management, and utilization in smart libraries, and provide theoretical and practical support for improving the service efficiency of smart libraries. [Method/process] This study explores the mechanism of human intelligence collaboration in smart libraries from the perspective of interactive memory. Based on an overview of the theory of interactive memory systems and the current research status of human artificial intelligence collaboration in smart libraries from the perspective of interactive memory, the internal relationship between interactive memory systems and human artificial intelligence collaboration in smart libraries is analyzed from four aspects: knowledge division of labor storage isomorphism, coordination retrieval mechanism similarity, mutual trust relationship equivalence, and overall goal oriented consistency. The mechanism of human artificial intelligence collaboration in smart libraries from the perspective of interactive memory is discussed from three aspects: knowledge division of labor mechanism, coordination communication mechanism, and trust establishment mechanism. Then, through literature research, the risks and challenges faced by human artificial intelligence collaboration in smart libraries are summarized, including knowledge integration barriers, poor communication and coordination, and trust construction difficulties. [Result/conclusion] Targeted guidance strategies were proposed to build a knowledge division and sharing system, establish efficient communication mechanisms, and strengthen trust dependency relationships. It aims to promote the formation of a unified interactive memory system among readers, librarians, and intelligent systems, promote knowledge creation and sharing, and improve the quality of knowledge services in smart libraries.

Exploring the Dynamics of Reading Promotion through Library-Bookstore-Publisher Cooperation: The Example of Shanghai Pudong Library’s “You Choose, I Read: Good Book List”

Liu Liu

 [Purpose/significance] With the increasing demand for reading among the public, existing reading promotion activities are unable to meet the diverse needs of readers. Libraries, bookstores, and publishers, as the three pillars of the book industry chain, are closely linked to the development of national reading. The reading promotion activities under the joint efforts of libraries, bookstores, and publishing houses seek new paths of tripartite cooperation through complementary advantages and resource sharing, jointly creating a new ecology for reading promotion, which can inject new vitality into “reading for all”. [Method/process] Through an in-depth analysis of the “You Choose, I Read: Good Book List” initiative at the Shanghai Pudong Library, this study systematically examines the practical measures and shortcomings of current reading promotion activities under the collaboration between libraries, bookstores, and publishers. [Result/conclusion] These collaborative reading promotion activities not only facilitate mutual benefit and win-win cooperation among libraries, bookstores, and publishers but also provide innovative ideas for reading promotion, holding profound significance for promoting the high-quality development of nationwide reading and constructing a scholarly society. The reading promotion activities under this tripartite collaboration necessitate focused in three key areas: delving deeper into readers’ reading demands and preferences, establishing and improving a joint management mechanism among libraries, bookstores, and publishing houses, and enhancing cross-sectoral cooperation capabilities and professional competence of personnel.

Review of Research on Application of Deep Learning Network Model in Text Sentiment Classification Task

Chen Zhigang;Yue Qian;

[Purpose/significance]As an important research direction in the field of natural language processing,text sentiment classification has very important commercial and social value.However,the traditional sentiment dictionary method and machine learning technology cannot meet the requirements of accuracy and efficiency due to their poor performance and small processing scale.Therefore,more advanced technologies are needed for text sentiment classification.Researchers began to explore the application of deep learning technology in the field of text sentiment classification.The deep learning model has also achieved unprecedented results.The accuracy and efficiency of the method are greatly improved,and the applicability is stronger.[Method/process]In this paper,we use Citespace software to analyze the deep learning-based text sentiment classification papers published in China between 2014 and 2020 from six aspects,which are chronological distribution of publication volume,disciplinary distribution,institutional distribution,author distribution,keyword word frequency statistics and clustering,and keyword evolution process.This paper also summarizes the several major research hotspots of deep learning network models in text sentiment classification:convolutional neural networks,long short term memory networks,gated recurrent units,and attention mechanisms.[Result/conclusion]The following directions can be considered for further research in the future:optimizations of deep learning models;subdivision of sentiment granularity;cross-combination with new technologies and research methods to further improve the classification accuracy and efficiency.
